Weekly Bonvoy Deals: Ritz Carlton Americas (March 2024)

This week I look at the Ritz-Carlton hotels. The Ritz-Carlton is one of our favorite Marriott brands. With an average 4.4 rating across 126 properties, I also think the Ritz has some of the most underrated hotels.

So let’s dive in!

For ease of reading, I split this post into major geographic regions, starting with the 51 Ritz Carlton properties in the Americas.

As you can see in the visual below, the best discount I found was 49% savings, while the average across all properties was 38%. Remember, if you see a rate you like, book now because rates change frequently, and you can always cancel for free!

One of the best deals is the 4.6-star Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain in Arizona. I’ve stayed at this resort several times and we love it. Often as high as 76,000 points/night, you can stay there for as low as 40,000 points/night from May-Sep 2024. If you’re looking for a tranquil desert retreat with fantastic trails, stunning saguaros, warm sunsets, and top-notch service this is the place.

Next up is the 4.7-star Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Mexico. This exquisite property often costs as much as 212,000 points for 1 night - but in September you can stay there for as low as 122,000. I know…122,000 points is still a lot - but it’s a 42% savings on one of the best Ritz experiences in their entire portfolio. This place is bonkers. If you’ve been saving points for an epic destination, this could be it!

In Hawaii, the 4.6-star Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach is offering a rare deal. Often as high as 128,500 points/night, you can stay there for as low as 76,000 points/night in January 2025. This is an absolute steal, as this property was just rated the best hotel in Hawaii by Conde Nast Readers Choice Awards.

Another fantastic deal is the 4.6-star Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Puerto Rico. Similar to Zadún, this stunning property is often as high as 254,000 points/night - but in September and October 2024, you can stay there for as low as 163,000/night - a 36% discount. The photos don’t do this property justice and it’s worth a close look.

Lastly, the 4.7-star Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman has some great deals right now. Often as high as 136,000 points/night, you can stay there for as low as 88,000 points/night in September and October 2024 - a 35% discount. I haven’t been there myself but it looks amazing and is on my list.
