This week I found some fantastic deals with over 200 Marriott Luxury properties lowering their points redemption rates.

Over 250 Marriott Luxury hotels lowered their average cash rates, with several lowering rates by more than 20% since last week!

I also discovered the 4.3-star St. Regis Riyadh now offers an astonishing point redemption of 2.75 cents per point! This is one of the highest redemptions I’ve seen since writing this newsletter and it absolutely crushes the Marriott average point value of 0.71 cents per point.

The 4.6-star Ritz-Carlton Georgetown is now 30% below the average rate and 8% lower than last week. At 0.84 cents per point, it offers excellent redemption value. Rates are best in October 2024, during D.C.'s pleasant autumn and the Taste of DC food festival.

The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort, French Polynesia - 88,000 points/night (25% savings)
The 4.8-star St. Regis Bora Bora Resort is now 25% below the average rate and 2% lower than last week. At 1.64 cents per point, it's an exceptional point value. Rates are best in January 2025, during Bora Bora's warm season and the Taurua Varua festival.
