This week is great for points and cents-per-point redemptions. Of the 520 luxury properties I looked at, 254 hotels increased their average cents per point rates!

As frequent readers know, the average cents per point redemption across all Marriott hotels is 0.71¢. However, this week I’ll highlight the best deals above 1.0¢. This means you get more cash value for your hard-earned points at these properties.

The St. Regis Florence, Italy - 70,000 points/night (36% savings)
The 4.8-star St. Regis Florence is now 36% below the average rate and 2% lower than last week. At 1.08 cents per point, it's an exceptional point value. Rates are best in February 2025, during Florence's quieter winter season and the Taste food festival.

Cosme, a Luxury Collection Resort, Paros, Greece - 80,000 points/night (30% savings)
The 4.6-star Cosme is now 30% below the average rate and 5% lower than last week. At 1.07 cents per point, it's an exceptional point value. Rates are best in October 2024, during Paros's pleasant autumn season and the Naxos Festival.

JW Marriott Masai Mara Lodge, Kenya - 104,000 points/night (24% savings)
