This week I look at the best deals across all 530 Marriott Luxury properties.

Following last week’s deep dive into Dynamic Pricing, this week is great for cash bookings. How do we know that?

Out of 530 luxury properties, 265 hotels cut their lowest cash rates this week vs only 69 increasing them. That makes it a great overall week for cash bookings.

Points rates were evenly split with 50 properties lowering them and 46 increasing them.

St. Regis Cairo, Egypt - 35,000 points/night (30% savings) 
The 4.6-star St. Regis Cairo in Cairo, Egypt dropped their best rates even lower this week. Now you can book for 35,000 points/night in May 2025, 30% less than their average rate and 15% lower than their best rate last week. This hotel also averages 0.80¢ cents per point, which is attractive vs. the 0.71¢ Marriott average point value.
